Update ini merupakan update unofficial alias tidak resmi, karena PTE Patch 2017 sendiri sudah tidak memiliki update sejak merilis versi terakhir PTE Patch 2017 v6.1.
Didalam update PES 2017 Unofficial PTE Patch 2017 Season 2018/2019 sudah terdapat berbagai macam mod tambahan seperti grafik menu PES 2018, tambahan faces beberapa player, bola terbaru, chantpack, update transfer musim dingin 2017/2018.
