Just put a bunch of popular romhacks and homebrew games on my classic, thought I would post here to let newbies like me know that 90% of them work great. Which is badass. Patching a rom with Lunar .ips was super easy, just make sure you patch the right version of the rom, then rename it. romhacking.net has all the info you need.

Mario Adventure (SMB3 Hack, for some reason there are 2 versions of the US rom out there, one titled PRG0 and one titled PRG1. I bet this one wouldnt work because i tried to patch the wrong rom version)
Tetris Zero (Mapper #6 is unsupported by NES Classic)
Tecmo Superbowl 2017 (This one was my fault most likely, the patch was a .bps instead of .ips, i didnt want to spend a lot of time making this work after downloading the program to patch with a .bps and trying to find the right rom version)
****Real NES game 'Joshua' also wouldn't work (Mapper #11 unsupported by NES Classic)

So just letting some of you guys know that spending the time to research good rom hacks and patch the files is quick, easy, and worth it! Having a damn blast. Now time to research good translation patches and hopefully find that badass japan-only 2-Player simultaneous hidden gem!
